THE AGENT, IN DETAIL

Do not take our word for it.
Read its conversations.

Every exchange on this page illustrates a capability in production today — not a roadmap promise. You will see what it says, what it computes, what it refuses to do on its own, and exactly when it hands control back to you.

A complete sale

It does not answer. It moves the sale forward.

A customer who finds the price too high, then wants to think about it. Two objections, handled one after the other, all the way to payment — past midnight.

Animated demo: a customer challenges the price, doubts, hesitates — the AI agent answers every objection and closes the sale with a verified Wave payment, at 23:58.

Price held, objection handled, sale closed. Without you.

Beyond the answer

Answering — soon everyone will do that.
Getting paid, no.

An assistant that answers messages is becoming a standard — WhatsApp ships one. What decides a sale happens before and after the answer: the money you verify, the base you wake up, the business you steer one-handed. Nobody does that for you.

Payment proof
The customer sends their Mobile Money screenshot

I've paid, here's the screenshot 🙏

Got it 🙏 I'm checking and I'll come straight back to you.

⛔ Suspicious proof. This screenshot has already been used (ref. WV88214477). Do not ship.

The recycled screenshot no longer works.

Reactivation

Hello Awa 🙏 Your jar of shea butter from March must be running low — shall I put one aside for you?

Oh yes! I was about to forget. Do you still have the 200 ml size?

Alerts come to you

A payment proof to check, a customer asking for a human, a paused campaign: you are told on your own WhatsApp.

Nothing ships without you

The agent reads payment proofs but never confirms alone: the final approval is yours, always.

The dividing line

Answering the customer is a solved problem

Meta launched its own agent in June 2026, it reads your catalogue and it is good. Better to say so plainly — then say where it stops.

What Meta's agent already does

And does well. If that is all you need, keep it.

  • Answers customer questions, day and night
  • Recommends your products from your catalogue and checks stock
  • Records the order, books an appointment, qualifies a prospect
  • Hands the conversation over to a person when needed
  • Sets up in about ten minutes, without writing a line of code

This is not a criticism. It is very good at the incoming conversation. It simply was never meant to do the rest.

What it does not do — and we do

Going after the customer, checking that they paid, running the team — and keeping your data yours.

  • It waits to be written to

The agent starts nothing on its own: no campaign, no abandoned-cart follow-up, no waking a dormant customer. Broadcast lists in the app are capped at 256 contacts. What is never triggered is revenue that never arrives.

  • It has never seen a Mobile Money receipt

Ours reads the screenshot: amount, recipient, date, reference. It spots a reference already used and warns you. In a market where people pay by screenshot, that is the difference between getting paid and getting had.

  • Your conversations and your catalogue live at Meta

To train it you hand Meta your website, your catalogue and your exchanges, and conversations are processed on its infrastructure. With us, your customer base stays yours: you export it, you follow up on it, you delete it whenever you want.

  • It does not run a team

No shared inbox, no role-based access, no multiple numbers or multiple agents. As soon as a second person answers customers, you need another tool.

  • It does not tell you what it earns you

With us, every order closed by the agent is marked as such: you see the revenue it brings in, and what it costs you, in the same table.

Meta solved the incoming conversation. We solve what comes before it and what comes after — and that is where the revenue is.

Comparison

EssorPlus does not replace your agent. It orchestrates your revenue.

A conversational agent handles the conversation, and handles it well. The question is not which one answers best, but which one connects the advertising, the payment, the customer base and the revenue. An honest comparison, based on what Meta's agent can actually do.
