1. Our commitment

EssorPlus helps businesses sell on WhatsApp. Your data and your customers' data belong to you: we process it only to provide the service, never to sell it, rent it or use it for anything else. For your account data we act as data controller; for your end customers' data we act as processor, on your instructions.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: business name, email address, phone, country, password (stored hashed, never in the clear).
  • Conversation data: messages exchanged between your customers and your AI agent, required for the service to work.
  • Contact data: numbers, names and consent status (opt-in / opt-out) of the contacts you import or who write to you.
  • Billing data: transaction references only — never card numbers or Mobile Money codes.

3. Purposes

Data is used solely to provide the service: running the AI agent, delivering messages, managing your subscription and producing your sales statistics. Your conversations are never used to train an artificial-intelligence model.

4. Consent and unsubscribing

Campaigns may only target contacts who have given their consent (opt-in). Any recipient can unsubscribe at any moment by writing “STOP”: that choice is applied automatically, immediately and permanently, unless they explicitly consent again.

5. Recipients and hosting

Data is shared only with the technical providers strictly required for the service: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver messages, our artificial-intelligence provider to process conversations, our payment provider to collect the subscription, and our hosting providers. Each one accesses only the data its function requires, under a contractual duty of confidentiality.

On this site's public pages — and only there — we measure how well our own advertising works, using the Meta pixel. This measurement covers VISITORS TO THE MARKETING SITE: pages viewed, account creation, subscription. It never touches your workspace, your conversations, your contacts or your sales — the dashboard and the admin area are entirely excluded.

6. Retention and security

Data is kept for the duration of your subscription, then deleted or anonymised at your request. Traffic is encrypted in transit, internal access is restricted and logged, and you can export your customer base at any time.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@essorplus.io, or straight to our WhatsApp. We answer within 30 days.
